Our MOQ varies by product category and packaging type:

  • Noodles (bulk/export): Typically 1 × 20ft container (~10-15 MT)
  • Biscuits & Egg Rolls: From 500 cartons per SKU for retail-packed orders
  • Mooncakes / Seasonal: 1,000 gift boxes minimum; advance booking required 3 months prior to festival
  • OEM / Private Label: Minimum 2,000 units per SKU; custom label and packaging artwork required

For smaller trial orders, please inquire -- we may be able to accommodate sample shipments for qualified importers.

What are your typical production and delivery lead times?

Lead times depend on product type, order volume, and whether custom packaging is required:

Standard Stock Products

Noodles, biscuits, egg rolls in existing packaging. Ready stock subject to availability.

21-35 days

Custom / OEM Orders

Includes custom label printing, private label packaging design approval, and production scheduling.

90+ days prior

Seasonal / Festive Orders

Mooncakes and festive gift packs require booking 3 months before the festival date to guarantee allocation.

Shipping transit time (sea freight) to major ports: USA/Canada 18-25 days, Europe 25-35 days, SE Asia 5-10 days, Australia 12-18 days.

Do you offer OEM / private label manufacturing?

Yes -- OEM and private label services are a core part of our offering. Here's what we can do for your brand:

Can we request product samples before placing a bulk order?

Absolutely. We strongly encourage sampling before committing to a bulk order. Our standard sample process:

  1. 1 Submit a sample request via this page or email, specifying which products you'd like to evaluate
  2. 2 Our team will prepare a sample pack (typically 2-5 product varieties) and ship via DHL/FedEx express
  3. 3 Samples are provided free of charge; buyer covers international courier costs (typically USD 30-80)
  4. 4 Samples arrive within 5-7 business days; our team follows up to discuss feedback and next steps
What are your payment terms and accepted methods?

Our standard payment terms for new partners:

New Partners

30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment (T/T Bank Transfer)

Established Partners

Flexible terms available including L/C (Letter of Credit) for large volume orders after 2+ successful transactions

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C at sight, and Western Union for smaller amounts. All transactions are in USD. Contact us to discuss terms suitable for your business.
